Our personal lending managers
As you will understand, when
personal lending managers are with clients, calls to them may be diverted to their voicemail or messagebank service.
When they are not with clients, our
personal lending managers are always available to take your calls and to assist with enquiries.
Our main office
If you need urgent assistance, and your
personal lending manager is not immediately available, you can always contact our main office.
A member of our staff will take your call, and will ensure that the matter is dealt with immediately. Both you and your
personal lending manager will be updated, so that everyone knows what is happening.
Outside of business hours
While banks work strictly to normal business hours, this doesn’t mean that you have to.
If you need to get a message or document to your bank outside of office hours, you can
contact us by phone, fax or email and we will ensure that the matter is dealt with as a priority.
